Leadership and Policy

As part of your attendance at the event, we will provide you with free accommodations and free conference entrance (“benefits”) which carry an estimated value of $1,950 per person. We are providing you with this information so you can confirm with your employer that your participation at the event and receipt of the benefits conforms with your employer's internal policies and are permissible under applicable local anti-corruption laws.

By marking “I acknowledge” below, you are confirming that you accept our invitation, and importantly, that your employer is aware of your participation in the event and that Clarivate will be providing you with the above benefits to attend.

You also confirm that your acceptance of the benefits does not violate any internal employment policies or applicable local laws. Finally, given your position at your organization and the fact that your employer is also a customer of Clarivate, this acknowledgement will confirm that there are no pending sales, bids, or active contract negotiations between the parties, that would amount to a quid pro quo scenario or render your acceptance of the benefits improper.
