What is included in my registration?
Registration includes full access to the Clarivate Ignite IP Conference featuring over 10 hours of product education, one-to-one software support sessions and plenty of networking opportunities including cocktail receptions and dinners. Plus hear from industry experts every morning as they share their thoughts on the IP ecosystem. All meals will be included from Sunday evening through Wednesday morning.
Where should I stay?
The conference will be held at the Corinthia Lisbon. We have reserved a block of rooms that will be offered at a discounted rate, so we encourage attendees to book their accommodations there. To book your room at our discounted rate (€295.00 per night), use the link we provide in your registration confirmation email. More information on the hotel and travel can be found on the Venue page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Ticket purchasers may cancel their tickets and request a refund by contacting ClarivateIgniteEU@clarivate.com through September 12, 2025
Any request to cancel made after that date may not be refunded. Refunded tickets that were purchased using a credit card may incur a processing fee, not to exceed 6%. After September 12, 2025, all ticket sales are final.
What should I wear to the event?
Although there is not a strict dress code for Clarivate Ignite, we recommend that attendees dress in comfortable business casual attire.
Can I attend the event virtually?
We can’t wait to connect with everyone in-person! At this time, we are not offering virtual access to Clarivate Ignite.

Is Clarivate Ignite approved for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits?
For Ignite 2025, we will not offer preapproved Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. If you are located in the United States, you may be able to self-apply for CLE credits depending on your state.
